Terms & Conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we must be notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the package. Rest assured if you are not happy with your purchase we will make every effort to solve the problem to your satisfaction. We will gladly send photographs of the animals you are purchasing via e-mail prior to shipment.

We use Herona Express or major airlines cargo handling. Shipping cost may vary between each carrier will be charges according to the carrier’s charges (Freight to major cities in Java, Herona express will charge IDR 60.000 for the first 10 Kg, this charge may be change without prior notice). Please note that we will ship the animals within 5 working days of the finalization of the order or as agreed by both parties. All shipments will be packed in cardboard boxes, all animals in bags / deli cups.  All shipments will require that you be present to sign for them, please arrange to be there when picking up the shipment.

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Once payment is confirmed we will arrange shipment. We will accept 20% deposits only for a period not to exceed 30 days. At this time the balance must be settled in full and if it is not the deposit is forfeited unless alternate arrangements have been agreed on.

Our guarantees
All our animals are captive born here at our facility and will be feeding regularly unless otherwise stated at time of sale. We go to great lengths to produce these animals and will ship out nothing that is less than perfect. We can only guarantee live arrival.  We provide a 24-hour return policy, this period allows for inspection of your purchase.  We will replace any animal you are dissatisfied if notified during the 24-hour period with another of the same type.  Should we be unable to provide a replacement, credit or refund will be provided. We reserve the right to issue a replacement in lieu of refund solely at our discretion. Please note that the shipment for return animals and replacement will be buyer’s responsibility. We do not guarantee that animals will feed within the guarantee period.  In fact, we think you should let them settle into their new homes before trying to feed them.

Live Arrival Guarantee
Conditions of the live arrival guarantee are simple:
The shipment has to be pick up on the carrier office in arrival train station or airport. Please bring the shipment home as soon as possible. Do not make any stop during the hot days as the sun with cause extra unnecessary stress that might cause death to the animals. No guarantees for shipments deliver at home, exposed to weather at buyer’s fault, or cause by delays that unforeseeable/ force majeur. In case of force majeur, We agreed to split cost of the animals with the buyer.

You MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment.  Please provide a description of the condition of the shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable by us (although the carrier may do so if they are at fault). We must file claim on this and we will forward your refund to you immediately upon receipt by us. In the event of death, we reserve the right to request return of the frozen carcass to us.

Sexing Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed sexed correctly. Animals are guaranteed for sex only if specifically listed “male or female” at time of sale.  Many geckos are sold as “incubated sexed”. This means the eggs have been incubated at temperatures known to produce primarily a given sex, we can only guarantee sex to the extent of 80% of purchased animals.
Claims for incorrectly sexed specimens must be made to us within the 24 hour period starting at time of receipt of the animals.

Guarantees apply only to the original purchaser and destination (named on the invoice) and are not transferable. Failure to adhere to these policies will void all guarantees. Transfer of money constitute that you fully understand and agreed to this term and condition.
