Why is my gecko not eating?

If you just received your LG, then it is probably stressed because they are still acclimating to their new home. We suggest further that you do not handle them first and only give them 1-3 cricket every second day.
If you are live in a cold place, then their surrounding is to cold. Cold temperature will make them become less active. Their optimum temperature is 28-32 degree Celsius. Try to put a spot light (25-60 watt) at one of the corner of the cages. The placement of the light is crucial as it will determine the flow of air and enable the LG to choose their optimum temperature.
The size of the cages also important, a cage that too big will make it harder to chase the food item.
